Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CAROLE GREGORY has succeeded John Webb as general manager of Tourmaster Coaches, the Dunstable-based subsidiary of Leisuremaster (formerly Tricentrol). She has responsibility for Milton Keynes Coaches.

She was previously tours manager with Excelsior Holidays in Portsmouth. MALCOLM BANKS, a former Freight Transport Association president and group traffic manager with the Littlewoods Organisation, collapsed and died last weekend.

Mr Banks, who was 52 and a native of Yorkshire, was FTA president from 1978 to 1980, and held the Littlewoods post from 1967. He spent the seven years before that as Empire Stores' distribution manager.

He was a particularly popular FTA president, and claimed the distinction of being the only one to have played rugby during his term of office. It is ironic that he should have died last Saturday while walking in the Lake District.

We also record with regret the deaths of Barrie Badiand and Ted Croker.

Mr Badland was founder and managing director of Indespension, the trading name of Mechanical Services (Trailer Engineers), of Bolton.

Mr Croker, who was 72, was formerly South Wales district manager with British Road Services, and a founder member of the South Wales Lorry Driver of the Year committee.
