Miller, Clock Face, St Helens, fined £200 on four charges, operating one vehicle, had a vehicle to be acquired curtailed from the licence for two months.
Mr J. Glyn, St Helens, fined £200 for four offences, an owner-driver with one vehicle, was let off with a warning.
