Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

To combat the corrosive effects of salt slush, an underbody cleaner ED3 has been introduced by Pennwalt Chemicals. It is claimed that the cleaner has a high penetration quality and can be applied with equal success by brush or by high pressure.

Non-toxic, the cleaner can be used on many soils, and oil grease and caked mud is said to respond to an application of ED3 following a water rinse.

Marketed by: Pennwalt Ltd, Doman Road, Camberley, Surrey, England.
