Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

L1ST 6 of transport units, comprising 536 lots, was published on Wednesday. Tenders for " vehicle-only " units must be submitted to the British Transport Commission by July 14 and for others by July 28. Successful tenderers will be able to take over the assets in August.

The list includes contract-hire, heavy haulage, tank and furniture vehicles, certain small parcels depots andfurther "vehicle-only " units created by the breakdown of unsold units with premises.

Units with premises total 31 . (477 vehicles) and those without premises, 473 (1,216 vehicles). There are 32 contract units (118 vehicles). Altogether 1,811 vehicles are offered.

List 7 will be published on July 28 and tenders for units without premises must be submitted by September 8. A fortnight's grace will be allowed to , tenderers for units with premises. Property will be transferred to successful tenderers in October. List 7 will include a number of new units and, in an altered form, units which were unsold in earlier lists.

,.Those who tendered successfully for units in List 5 will have the property transferred to them this month and next. Successful tenderers in List R3 will be able to take over their purchases next month.
