IT was held by West Hartlepool magis1 trates on Monday that there is no obligation on any bus operating staff to find a ticket discarded by a passsengcr. In a case involving a man who was alleged to have failed to pay his fare, it was stated that when asked to show his ticket to a corporation bus inspector, the passenger said he had thrown it on the floor.
