We have already dealt with the parking arrangements in force in the following towns and cities :—Oxford; Norwich, Cardiff, Clacton-on-Sea, Carnarvon, Penzance, Portsmouth, Canterbury, Exeter, Weymouth, York, Worcester, Llandudno, ,Bournemouth, Matlock (including Matlock Bath and Cromford), Basingstoke, Penrith, Chester, Ashbourne Salisbury, Elgin, Blackpool, Retford, Dumfries, Scarborough, Hastings, Margate, Buxton, Think, Forfar, Leicester, Maidstone, Newquay, Whitby, Kilmarnock, Torquay, Lancaster, Stirling, Windsor, Barnard Castle, Lowestoft, Derby, Grimsby, Knares borough, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Bury St. Edmund's, Macclesfield, and Dover—the names being given in the order in which the plans have appeared in The Commercial Motor.

This week we deal with the arrangements in force in Paigntop and Cheltenham, two popular centres of motor coaching activity.

PAtuf.rroN.—About One dozen chars-a-bancs can be ammo'roodated in Victoria Park, Torbay Road, which is 'directly outside the railway station. The Urban District Council have a man in attendance to collect the fees, which are 2s. 6d, pet day or part of a day for all types of motor coach. There is also a smaller park to accommodate about, half a dozer coaches on the Green, which is directly between the piei entrance, and the Esplanade Hotel, and another at Prestos Green near the Red Lion Hotel; which has space for a dozer vehicles. The two last-named are provided to obviate ths need for vehicles loitering on the Esplanade., CHELTENITA74.—The Corporation has arranged with H. F.. Steel, lied., for Motor coaches visiting Cheltenham to be parked in the Plough Yard. It is also a convenient centre for the setting down and picking up of passengers' being situated, as it is, in the centre of the town adjoining the High Street. Messrs. Steel make a minimum charge of 2s. per day, or, if the vehicle stays over-night, an extra charge of 2s. is made.
