Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DRIVERS FOR Northumberland-based Moody Express have boosted their driving skills by taking Level 2 NVQs via roadskills development specialist Tyneside Training Services.

Caroline Moody from Moody Express explains: "We train our drivers every year, though this time we opted for the NVQ course.

"As well as completing practical tests, drivers also had to keep written portfolios. Not only does this back up what they have done on the road, it also gives them a nationally recognised qualification which could come in very useful at some point in their career."

Allan McNaught, of Tyneside Training, says: "The Level 2 NVC) establishes a level of competence, experience and professionalism. After a two-day introduction the course is all on-the-job evidence gathering, which is kept and presented in a portfolio.

-On some occasions NVQ examiners will spend a working day with the driver and make an assessment of what was good and what needs improving."

Moody Express provides overnight pallet distribution and general transport services, as well as 4,650mzof warehousing space.
