Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

new job as traffic manager of the Rhondda Transport Co. Ltd„ Mr. J. C. Clymo straightway represented his company at a sitting of the South Wales Traffic Commissioners in Cardiff last week.

Mr. Clymo, on behalf of the company, applied for licences to operate two new express carriage services from Pandy Square, Tonypandy, to Butlin's Holiday Camp at Minehead and to Bournemouth from the first Saturday in June or Whitsun, whichever was earliest, to the first Saturday in September. The proposed route was via the new Severn Bridge.

Mr. Clymo pointed out that the company was already catering for holiday traffic locally and the purpose of the application was to stake a claim for such new traffic as would arise when the Severn Bridge and its approach roads had been constructed.

Mr. Ronald Jackson, chairman of the South Wales Traffic Commissioners who welcomed Mr. Clymo to the court and congratulated him on his appointment, said he understood that the bridge would not be completed until 1965, although it was running ahead of schedule at present. In view of this he adjourned the application until December, 1964.

Opposing it are the Bristol Omnibus Co. Ltd., British Railways, Western National Omnibus Co. Ltd., Associated Motorways, and P. and A. Campbell Ltd.
