Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH the initial support of 50 members, " running 332 vehicles and 54 trailers, the TRTA is to start its projected maintenance inspection scheme in the Greater London area. The go-ahead decision was taken at Tuesday's national council meeting, which also agreed to the appointment of the first two inspectors as soon as possible. It can be assumed that the scheme will be extended to other areas of the country.

The national council has also approved the sponsorship of a road transport management study course in conjunction with the studies department of Balham and Tooting College of Commerce.

Because of increased traffic management schemes expected in the GLC area, the TRTA has agreed in principle to appoint a second traffic officer.
