Several changes and appointments are announced in connection with the India Tyre and Rubber Co., Ltd. AIR, W. C. THORNE is retiring from the position of general manager at the end of the year. He will, however, retain his seat on the board. MR. H. S. Ceiemeee' formerly Sales manager, has been appointed commercial manager. He will be concerned with the company's export, equipment and mileagecontract business. He will also control the commercial organization at Inchinnan and all sales in Scotland. Ma. ARTHUR Slum, who has been appointed sales manager, will operate from Birmingham, and will be responsible for India sales in England and -Wales. MR. PAUL WORTH, works Manager, will continue to supervise production and manufacturing activities.

Licensing Bureau Administrator Required.

In the small advertisements section of this issue, the Commercial Motor Users Association invites applications for the post of administrator of its central licensing bureau at a salary of 4500 per annum.
