• Thermo King has introduced a compact MD-11 TCI "invertible" multi-temperature reefer truck unit based on the larger RD-11 TC1 model.
The new system enables operators of smaller multi-compartment vehicles, up to say 17 tonnes, to alter thermostat settings on a daily basis.
Its front-mounted unit and rear roof or wall-mount remote evaporator is separated by fixed or moving bulkheads. Control switches are behind the cab and maintain and alternate temperatures in the compartments.
