RECEIVERS have been called into the Cowlard Group of companies based at Barking, Essex, following liquidity problems.
The transport group consists of three companies — Cowlard Fleet Services, which operates over 60 lorries, Cowlard Tachograph Services, which sells tachograph chart analysis equipment and operates an analysis bureau, and Cowlard Computer Services, which supplies computer equipment to operators.
