Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AVW-WILCOMATIC has introduced a new commercial vehicle washing machine. Two support columns each carry twin-pivoted brushes which automatically operate within a pre-set cycle to provide a substantially improved quality of wash.

Washing efficiency is claimed to be far superior to traditional drive-through machines. This derives from the use of double contra-rotating brushes which wash the front, sides and rear of the vehicle. A powerful prerinse, incorporating a metering pump for detergent injection, sprays the vehicle on entry. Following the brush application a powerful final rinse of fresh water thoroughly rinses the vehicle.

The machine is of robust construction with all parts galvanised, and comprehensive specification includes a traffic light system and heavy-duty vehicle guide rails.

The Samson machine is available in two sizes with washing heights of 3.5m (11.48ft) or 4.5m (14.76ft). Overall length is 14.3m (46.9ft) and the machine width is 5.6m (18.37ft). A 415V three-phase supply is needed together with a 6 cu ft per minute 120 psi air supply. Water consumption is 168 litres (37 gallons) per minute.

A water reclamation system and under chassis wash are available.
