Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GARY NOBLE, editor of Motor Transport, our sister newspaper, has been appointed a publisher with our parent company, Business Press International. In his new role, which he takes up in September, he will be responsible for Motor Trader and Airports International. He remains with MT until a successor is appointed. In particular he will be involved with development planned for the road transport market.

Mr Noble reports to publishing director James Wey mouth, who assumes responsibility as publisher of CM, following the departure from the company of David Eckles.
