Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new express coach service from Felixstowe to Yorkshire and the North East, terminating at Newcastle, has just begun. The operator, Eastern Counties, says that initially the service is to run weekly on Saturdays and that for next summer it is hoped to extend the service to give an overnight link on Fridays and Saturdays with connections at Newcastle for Scotland. A similar service will also run during autumn weekends and at Christmas from Suffolk.

Eastern Counties will allow half fares for children at all times during August.
