Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• When some years ago Atlas International Express Ltd, of Rotherhithe, London, decided to establish a nationwide network of "smalls" handling depots within easy reach of Britain's developing motorway system the company's planners agreed that the suitability of future sites would be judged not only by their commercial geographical location, size, shape and accessibility but also that they should be within five miles of an m-way access point.

The terminal at Holmsfield Road, Warrington, which was officially opened this week, is the newest of the company's 31 depots and is the 18th which complies with the Atlas motorway specification. It is within two miles of M6 and close to M62 and the north Cheshire motorway.

Although it will be mainly concerned with the day-to-day activities of Atlas Express it will also provide some of the local facilities of Atlas Air Express and Eurofreight, both members of the Group.
