• Welsh owner-driver Raymond Symonds has been warned by South Wales LA Mervyn Pugh that his licence will be revoked if he fails to tax his vehicle at any time in the future.
Symonds, of Blaendare Road, Pontypool, appeared at a disciplinary inquiry following several convictions for not taxing his vehicle properly.
