• A Which? magazine survey of 636 cellular phone users concludes that Vodaphone offers a better service than Cellnet in every area except inside the M25.
Cellnet was awarded a dissatisfaction rating of 32%, compared to Vodaphone with 22%. Some 15% of Cellnet calls were cut off (8% for Vodaphone).
Which? warns users not to he pushed into in-house service agreements by dealers, and criticises several mobile communications companies for inserting dishonest small print into their user contracts.
