Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Donald Wilson, former boss of failed bodybuilder Besco, is back in business. His new company, Barham Truck Bodies, began trading this week thanks to a cash injection from Barclays Bank.

Wilson has teamed up with Bob Wenman, ex-chief executive of York Body Builders, to launch the Northampton-based operation; Wilson will be chairman and Wenman, managing director.

Wilson says he has given an "awful lot of quotes" to potential customers in recent weeks worth "many hundreds of thousands of pounds". So far the company has received two firm orders.

Barham intends to apply for quality code BS5750 which would allow the firm to apply for the SMMT bodybuilder's quality code.
