• ERF has broken into the Royal Mail fleet with an order for ten EIO 4x2 tractors. The vehicles, together worth over £300,000, are all plated at 28 tonnes. Five of the ERFs are powered by Cummins LTA10290 engines with Eaton Twin Splitter gearboxes, and the other five are powered by Cummins LTA10-250 engines, driving through Fuller RTX 11609A gearboxes. The vehicles will be based at depots sited in Manchester and Peterborough.
