DLAND RED is to be reorga;led into five separate operatcompanies on September 1, ch with its own manager.
Oidland Red (North) Ltd will erate 217 buses with headarters at Cannock and will reye administrative administrative help from Iow NBC subsidiary Potteries ytor Traction. Midland Red yuth) Ltd will operate 178 ses from its headquarters at gby and will receive adminisative help from United unties.
iilidland Red (East) will be ed in Leicester with 182 ses and help from Trent. Midid Red (West) Ltd will have 3 buses and a head office in )rcester. Midland Red (Exess) Ltd will operate 83 aches and have Digbeth in Birngham as its headquarters. th these companies will have ministrative assistance from stol Omnibus.
11 Midland Red buses will use old Central Works at Birngham which has been reeved pending a review. Its e should be clear by the end this year.
ekbout 170 jobs will be lost in reorganisation.
