Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the lowest quoted hourly labour rate of £40 came from DAFS Hartands service outlet at Commercial Fleet Services, while Volvo's Carlisle dealership was close behind at 247. For van dealers, Glenside Commercials moved into first place fdlowed closely by Dobies, the Vauxhall dealer in Carlisle, with 260. Last year, the 32 van dealers we spoke to quoted an average hourly rate of 265.95, with the highest charge being 'RI from the Vauxhall dealer in Norwich (the lowest being 247 rfrom the lveco van dealer, also in Norwich). However, 12 months on, the average rate from the 30 dealers r prepared to provide charging data had risen to 275A0 an hour (up more than 14%). Interestingly, a number of workshop receptionists asked us to speak direct to their manager, as they were not authorised to release data over the phone. It seems some rivals like doing their own ad-hoc research!
