Related East Mids hauliers put into administration
TWO RELATED HAULAGE companies called Regionport, based in Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire, have been placed into administration by a finance specialist that had supplied much of their recent funding.
Regionport (Peterborough) Ltd, based in Spalding, Lines, and Regionport Ltd of Higham Ferrers, Northants are both now under the control of London-based administrator Edwin Kirker.
The administrator was called in by financial restructuring specialist Resolve Partners, which is understood to have provided the Regionport organisations with financial assistance.
Resolve senior partner Cameron Gunn has told CM his company is now in discussions with Regionport's lawyers and its managing director, Stuart Forth, about what the next steps to take will he.
