Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NATIONAL TRAVEL has added two new express routes to its Supercoach network; they start on September 26. a The new services will be the Southern Mariner from London to Southampton and Bournemouth and the Cotswold Sovereign to Cheltenham and Gloucester from London.

Services to Penzance and Swansea (Western Venturer and Red Dragon respectively) have been running for some time and National Travel says that they have been successful.

National's idea was to provide fast modern coaches on motorway routes with the journeys as fast as they could be made in a car, but at a fraction of the cost.

All the Supercoach routes have long histories dating from the nineteenth century.

The company says that a number of the summer coaches will be discontinued during the winter and others will be re-routed to give towns and villages not normally served a daily coach route.
