Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE fast, limited-stop, Cymru Coastliner express coach service was introduced by Crosville Motor Services Ltd. along the North Wales coast between Chester and Caernarvon on Sunday. An hourly service is operated in each direction, linking Queensferry. Flint, Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Conway and Bangor, the through journey time being under 31 hours. it is estimated that 750,000 passengers will be carried in the first year. The service is operated by new Bristol/ECW RE coaches, and advance booking is not necessary.

Along with the introduction of the new service came a major reorganization of all bus services in Cheshire and North Wales, with new schedules on many routes. This provides a basic service of three buses an hour between Chester and Caernarvon supplemented in the more populated areas by short workings, whilst new services introduced on the same date are Chester to Northop and Llandudno to Conway via Llanrhos.

At the hearing at which the licence was granted (The Commercial Motor, August 271 it was stated that railwaymen along the coast were " disgusted because there was no objection from British Railways. The proposed service was neither necessary nor desirable, said a spokesman for the railwaymen.
