Auto-Rescue Logistics (ARL) says the recovery cha for a truck involved in an accident will be far lower ti existing rates because payment will be guaranteed by vehicle's insurers. This will remove the temptation to up prices simply to recoup losses on call-outs where vehicle owner refuses to pay.

ARL's backers also say its nationwide network of recovery operators will be able to respond to call-outs quicker than any recovery schemes managed for po forces because there are more of them.
