Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cable Network Systems has taken delivery of the first of an order of four FY1PUKA Hino eight-wheel tippers. The 295hp (220kW)-powered tipper has Drum Cobra underfloor tipping gear and a 10.5-tonne Palfinger crane to help it lay cable television routes.

Supplied by Valley Trucks of Hodcleston, the four McGovern steel-bodied trucks are the largest order so far for the new Hino.

E Hino has type approved its new tractive unit in Belgium but there is no news yet as to when they will be available in the UK.
