who watched National Freight's Sir Peter Thompson and Kellogg's Ross Buckland open BRS Northern's warehouse in Manchester last week could have guessed at the chaos which broke out the previous weekend.
In the tradition of all the best show business disasters, the fastidious cleaning, scrubbing and polishing of the £4 million warehouse came to an abrupt halt when a watermain burst and flooded part of the premises.
Happily. it was mopped up dried out and back in pristine perfect state without so mud as a Corn Flake out of place by the time the dignitaries arrived.
