Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Seddon Atkinson is replacing its 201 16-tonner in July with a new range which can carry more payload than its predecessor and more than any competitor of similar power.

The new 2-11 range is powered by two versions of the recently announced sixlitre Perkins Phaser diesel engine.

For long distance work, Seddon Atkinson has specified a turbocharged and charge cooled Phaser 180Ti engine which develops a net installed 129kW (173hp) at 2,600rpm with 573Nm (423 ibft) torque at 1,600rpm.

Recommended for tanker to tipper work and street deliveries is the 160T turbocharged diesel which develops a net installed 114kW (153hp) at 2,600rpn and 508Nm (375 lbft) torqu 1,60Orpm.

Both 2-11 models availab in four wheelbases have kerbweights between 4,45( and 4,750kg. Prices range from £21,500 for the 3.8m wheelbase R17P16 to £22,, for the 5.6m wheelbase R17P18 model.

Improvements inside the cab include a Bostrom suspension seat for driver ; passenger, small steering wheel to give unrestricted view of the new-style dashboard with rocker-type switches.
