New from Crane Fruehauf in its Propar range is a fifth-wheel coupling with improved locking and easier maintenance.
It supercedes the medium-duty fifth-wheel previously available from CF.
The new coupling consists of a onepiece heavy-duty main plate pressing with an elliptical front, and deep flanges all round for strength and minimum weight.

Degreasing agent
A non-caustic degreasing fluid from British Solvent Oils is considered particularly suitable for cleaning engines, chassis and machinery of all types before overhaul or repair.
After being sprayed with BDF and left to soak for a few minutes, parts can then be hosed down or washed with water.
