Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by CM reporter A NEW, smaller Vauxhall car due for launching next year will be a basis for light-van derivatives, it was revealed last week. Giving this news, the recently appointed chairman of Vauxhall Motors Ltd, Mr Robert Price, said that the present HA model would run in harness with any such new model, as the HA was still in big demand.

The new car will prob ably be in the 1200/1400cc range, though under-1-litre versions may be made.

Mr Roberts also told a press luncheon in London that Bedford not only intended to introduce new trucks (as already announced briefly) ranging from maximumweight wide-cab sleeper tractive units to delivery chassis with across-cab access, but was looking at expanding and varying its current van range.

Vauxhall intended to offer the most complete range of commercials on the market — including one of the most impressive big-truck ranges in the world".

Speaking of wind-tunnel tests of new heavy truck models he said that changes of cab profile and the use of airflow guides had shown reductions of 15 to 20 per cent in drag, and these measures also reduced the road dirt deposited on the vehicle.
