STANDARD demurrage charges have b--) been recommended by the national committee of the R.H.A. long-distance hauliers functional group. Members of the group have been advised that the time limit for vehicles waiting and unloading at delivery points should be 10 minutes per ton, beyond which demurrage should be charged at Is. 6d. per hour per ton of carrying capacity, and £5 for an overnight delay,
