Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BOB ENTWISTLE is the new manager of the Road Haulage Association's North-Western district.

He was assistant manager to Bill Farnorth, who is now manager of the Yorkshire district and who takes control of the new

North-eastern district when It is formed later this year. Wallsendbased Northern manager Denis Le Conte will retire then.

The previous Yorkshire manager, Ken Howe, has transferred to the RHA's London headquarters as an executive officer responsible for highways and traffic and such other areas of activity as express parcels and agricultural haulage. He succeeds Mike Lees, who is retiring early owing to ill health.

Also joining the NorthWestern district as general clerk is David Campbell.
