THE 10TH QUEEN'S Own Gurkha Logistics Regiment has lust celebrated its return from a successful tour of duty in Afghanistan with the traditional medal parade. Following the parade, a presentation was made of this magnificent silver model of one of the MAN 8x8s that served as the primary transport for the regiment in its front-line support role, The new E15,000 centrepiece of the Regiments silverware collection was funded by donations from various suppliers of As equipment. with enough left over to add a further £9,000 to Regimental Association funds. MAN Truck & Bus (UK) was a leading donor, reflected by the attendance of its CEO Des Evans.
