"Family businesses not only have to deal with tax issues but with estate planning, inheritance tax and succession or the sale of the company," says Peter Leach, chairman of the Stay Centre.
The forum will be held at 18:30hrs on Wednesday 16 June at Jaques and Lewis, 2 South Square, London WC1R 5HR. It will give guidance on minimising tax liability the tax implications of company ownership, employee share ownership plans and share valuations.
