Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RECORD orders for the first quarter of 1977 have been received by Whale Tankers, the Solihull based tank maker.

Up to the end of March the total value of orders taken was double that for the previous year.

Although export orders for the company's products have increased in line with last year's projections, the home market is accounting for the majority of the increased sales.

Among British firms buying Whale Tankers are two hire fleet operators, Dassett Hire Ltd of Farnborough, Banbury and Go Plant of Wolverhampton.

Go Plant has bought four Whale remote control unit gully emptiers which are fitted with pneumatic assistance to lift the gulley arm.

' Ford D1110 chassis were chosen for the vehicles which will be used for long and short term hire as well as contract gully emptying services.

Dassett Hire has taken delivery of three 9,000 litre (2000 gal) capacity tankers based on Leyland Boxer BX1600 chassis.

These will be used to provide relief vacuum tankers for municipal or water authorities who are suffering from vehicle shortages.

Part of the specification of the tankers includes fully opening rear doors and a Drum Engineering exhauster/compressor providing a vacuum for filling and pressure for discharge.
