Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALAN NIGHTINGALE, a London Transport inspector, is writing a history of David MacBrayne's bus services from 1906 until 1972. Researching his subject in the Highlands, he met former MacBrayne bus drivers and inspectors at Lochaber, who supplied a lot of information. But he still needs more.

Alan's book will cover also the smaller operators — 15 or so — taken over by MacBrayne. He is particularly anxious for information and pictures of the company's buses in their wartime grey livery. Some of them ran between Kinlochleven and Fort William.
