ERF has won an order for 12 bus chassis from Kenya Bus Services, of Mombasa. The chassis will be assembled in Kenya, and are to be powered by a frontmounted Gardner 6LXB engine coupled to semi-automatic gearboxes. Rockwell R-170 rear axles are to be fitted to the buses, which will have locally-built 47seat single-deck bodies.
