Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II The Farmers For Action lobby group is threatening to blockade Tesco distribution centres across the country in a dispute over the price of milk.

David Handley, the former leader of the People's Fuel Lobby, is the spokesman for the FFA. He has vowed to incite the biggest mass action since the fuel protests unless Tesco drops its proposals to reduce the price of milk by a further 2p.

Tesco says: "We do not want to disclose the contingency measures we have in place for alleviating any pressure on the distribution centres. We only hope the FFA does not follow through with its threats. We have continued to offer to meet the FFA through our producer group meetings but it appears Handley is only interested in meeting our chief executive."
