Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Watford's UK Lift Co has devised an alternative method of loading bay trailer restraint to the under-run bar hook system. The Wheel-Lok 2000 uses an electrically powered shuttle carrying a locking bar which sits between two adjacent trailer tyres. Tubular guide rails ensure accurate trailer positioning as well as protecting the shuttle.

The system is controlled by an operator inside the loading bay; it has an automatic interlock facility with red and green signal lights for the truck driver and loaders. A green right inside the bay indicates that the dock leveller is in position, while the interlock ensures that the trailer can't be moved until the loaders have finished their work. Wheel-Lok 2000 is said to need little maintenance.
