BRITAIN'S Bus Service After the Transport Act is the subject of a one-day seminar being held by the London University's transport studies society on Saturday, March 14.
Speakers will include Peter Pickering of the Department of Transport, John Bodger of the National Bus Company, and an independent stage carriage operator from South Yorkshire.

PROVISIONS of the 1980 Transport Act concerning psv certificates of fitness and operators licensing, due to come into force on March 1, have been postponed until April 1.
