MIMS will be exhibiting the Big Cam version of their V504 igine at the Brussels Show which opens next week.

Though the engine was announced at the Birmingham Show last ;tober, it is a first appearance for the Belgian market.

This latest version of the 8.3-litre (504cuin) engine has been deeeded so that it develops its maximum power of 130kW (175bhp) 2,80Orpm.

The peak torque of 525Nm (390 lbft) is produced at 1,600rpm, a 'crease of 300rpm over the previous engine.

Also making its debut on the Belgium market will be the E400 lich shares much of the design philosophy of the existing 90/350/370 engines.

It is turbocharged and charge-cooled to develop 275kW (386bhp) 2,100rpm, making it one of the most powerful automotive engines ailable in Europe.
