Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The following offences will be logged on the EU’s pan-European register of operators from 2013. More categories of offences will be added by 2015: ● Exceeding the maximum six-day or fortnightly driving time by 25% or more.

● Exceeding the maximum daily driving time by 50% or more without a break or without an uninterrupted rest period of at least 4.5 hours.

● Not having a tachograph or speed limiter. Falsifying records of the tachograph or speed limiter.

● Driving without a valid roadworthiness certificate. Driving with serious deficiencies of brakes, steering, wheels/tyres or suspension and chassis that create such a safety hazard that the vehicle

is ordered to be immobilised.

● Transporting dangerous goods that are prohibited from transport, or transporting such goods in the wrong container or without identifying them as dangerous goods, the offence so dangerous to lives or the environment that the vehicle is ordered to be immobilised.

● Carrying passengers or goods without a valid driving licence or O-licence.

● Driving with a false driver card or with a card where the driver is not the holder, or with a card obtained by fraudulent means.

● Overloading by 20% or more for a vehicle with a permissible laden weight exceeding 12 tonnes; 25% or more for vehicles under 12 tonnes.
