Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I suppose t was only a matter of time. Science fantasy has now

become reality. DaimlerChrysler has brought in industrial robots with brains that evolve. In the past, programmers have had to spend days of precision training to fine-tune the robots' movements on the factory floor. No more: by using an advanced genetic algorithm, the robot is able to evolve the most efficient movements to complete the task with the minimum amount of wear and tear. That sounds all right... Any idea where an ageing hack could get his hands on one of these algorithms? Of course, all they need now is motorists whose brains evolve (naturally I exclude myself), but I fear that would be asking too much.
