Acro-Bosch Patent Situation.

The Robert Bosch A.G., of Stuttgart, has asked us to point out that the company reserves the right to contest the Lanova design of compressionignition engine in Great Britain, should this design conflict with the interests of British hero-Bosch licensees.

Furthermore, there is a definite stipulation in the Acre-Bosch arrangement with Lanova, which permits the Robert Bosch A.G. to grant an Acre licence to any manufacturer approaching it on his own initiative.
