Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CHESTER-BASED Pemberton nansport has sold its aggregate and animal feed haulage business after almost 14 years.

The Capenhurst company is now in the hands of Lynne Walker, a businesswoman with close ties to Shahid Hussain and Alex Rawlings: who bought a string of haulage companies in highly leveraged deals that later foundered when the economy slowed down. The accounts for Pemberton Transport, for the year ending 30 April 2009, reveal it has net assets worth 1560,000 and short-term debts of L230,000.

Walker holds directorships and company secretary appointments at five other companies, two of which Rawlings was once director of, and one in which Hussain is currently listed as director, the dormant business Fl Properties.
