Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• BRS is running its first national apprenticeship competition. Previously the competition has been run regionally, the switch follows the company's Om move to nationwide training.

In the past BRS has used local colleges to provide teaching for apprentices. It now uses the RTITH to supply the off-the-job training. The company has selected the training modules it wishes its apprentices to follow. Apprentices spend 13 weeks at one of the two RTI113 centres in the first year, 10 weeks in the second and third years and eight in the fourth.

The top five apprentices from each year are contesting the prizes at Leyland Dafs manufacturing plant at Leyland.
