• Scania is to provide London Buses with 30 low-floor singledeck buses powered by the latest DSC11-71 Euro-1 lowemission 11-litre engines. The new single-deckers will be fitted with Wrights of Ballymena body work and have a kneeling suspension which can provide a first step height of 230mm. The Scania N113CRB semi-integral chassis has a revised drop-beam front axle to keep the floor height down.
