SPANISH coachbuilder lrizar has re-entered the British coach market after an absence of four years and has appointed a new distributor, Tramontana Coach Distributors, to market its latest Pyrenean Executive coach body.

Tramontana is headed by Douglas Telfer, who until recently was with Volvo Bus in Irvine. The new bus has been available in Europe for several years and is claimed to be well proven.

The Pyrenean Executive is 3.46m high and features 11.5cum of luggage space. Body prices are expected to start at around £42,000 and initial de liveries are expected to be on Volvo B1OM chassis.

Tramontana has arranged for lrizar Pyrenean bodied Volvos to be available for viewing and demonstration at Bradburn and Wedge, 41 Birmingham Road, Wolverhampton on December 6, Carlisle Commercials, Caxton Road, Newtown Industrial Estate, Carlisle on December 8, and Ailsa Trucks of Barrhead on December 9.

Service and spares back up for the range is available from Bradburn and Wedge of Wolverhampton.
