ON DECEMBER 31, 1983, Campbell Fraser will retire chairman and become presidE of Dunlop Holdings. He will succeeded by Sir Maurice Hoc son who has been appoint non-executive chairman.
Alan Lord will continue chief executive of the Group.
Sir Campbell joined Dunlop 1957. After holding a number senior posts, he joined 1 board of Dunlop in 1969, came joint managing directoi 1971, sole managing director 1972, and executive chairmar 1978.
